1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Super PDF Invoice. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms and to any applicable Shopify platform terms.

Important: If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the app.

2. Service Description

Super PDF Invoice is a Shopify app that allows merchants to:

Generate branded PDF invoices from Shopify order data.
Provide invoice downloads on the thank you page and order status page.
Create secure invoice links for Shopify email notifications.
Preview, customize, and print invoice templates.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must maintain an active Shopify store and valid Shopify account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the store and billing information connected to the app.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your store's installation of the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to:

Violate law, third-party rights, or Shopify policies.
Attempt unauthorized access to the app, its database, or related systems.
Misuse invoice links, tokens, or generated documents in a fraudulent or deceptive way.
Interfere with service performance or attempt to reverse engineer the app.

5. Plans and Billing

Free plan: 50 PDF downloads per month.
Basic plan: $6.99/month with 200 PDF downloads per month.
Professional plan: $14.99/month with unlimited PDF downloads.

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. Subscription charges renew automatically unless cancelled through Shopify. We may update pricing in the future with notice as required by Shopify or applicable law.

Usage limits are enforced based on invoice downloads recorded by the app. If your plan limit is reached, invoice generation may be restricted until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

6. Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and legal accuracy of your invoices.
You are responsible for configuring your branding, template, tax, and business details correctly.
You are responsible for complying with tax, invoicing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws that apply to your business.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its software, design, and related materials, remains the property of its owners and licensors. Installing the app does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Disclaimer

Super PDF Invoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or if required by law or platform policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
